A Watch Repair Shop that uses Knifes as Tools & Discriminates Stereotypically.

They are a small business situated in Horizon Shopping Centre formally known as "The Village" in Roodepoort West Rand close to West gate listed as shop 9 on the Horizon Shopping Centre Mall name list. They specialize in repairing watches and jewellery.

When I went there to get my watch fixed, immediate the old man took the watch to open it up to see what was wrong but instead of using specialised tools to open the back casing, he roughly and purposely so stretched my analog leather watch as if he had some personal vendetta towards me to open it using a pocket knife and when I asked why he didn't use proper tools sees that they are a "WATCH REPAIR SHOP", He completely ignored me. And without realising from my side how badly scratched the back of my watch was I let him finish what he was doing only to realise that he ****ed it up after I paid. And before I left, a young black man that had come in the store (For whatever reason), was suspiciously monitored as if he was going to ***** some... He then told his young employee to keep an eye on him.

When I had actually carefully and thoroughly assessed the damage, I realised that he really went home with that knife. I went back to confront him, and he blatantly denied his antics as if I wasn't looking at him knife the hell of my watch like Shaka Zulu killed one of his great grandfathers.

He then proceeded to tell me if I want it fixed, he knows somebody he could outsource it to... The ***** on this old man.

I do a search and this shop is practically not even listed anywhere but Horizon Shopping Centre... See the connection here.
