Poor in store service, theft of parts off my bike, useless response from the manager

I checked with the shop in strubens if I could drop my bike off for it's free service on the 28th December to which they said yes, and it'll take a day. I called on Tuesday 29th to be told 'maybe tomorrow, but we close early'. I pushed them for a commitment and time which they said 1pm on Wednesday 30th. I arrived early to collect and found them all watching a TV series instead of working. After asking for my bike, it was bought through to me and I first noticed that it wasn't even washed. This is ok by me... I then noticed my bottle cage was missing and when I queried it I was accused of lying and trying claim a free cage... Only after being forceful did they say they'll replace it free of charge. I then took on the manager after he asked me to not tell other customers what my issues were, he mentioned he'll look into the problem and get back to me... Yeah, right. I didn't even get to take my bike out of the shop, they clearly didn't do what I asked them to and had to leave it there for another day so they could d attend to the list I had given them to complete.

I sincerely hope that they reply to this complaint, as their in store service, attitude and assistance is shocking to say the least.
