Cajees Cycles Centurion has bad attitude, is arrogant and provides poor service
I took my bicycle to Cajees Cycles Centurion for a service (only gears and brakes) and they told me they need three weeks for it. Four weeks later, after still not hearing from them to collect my bike, I went to the store. Got there and it turned out they havent even touched the bike and asked that I must come back two hours later. At this point I was still calm and said I'll come back may be on another day. But being surprised that after four weeks they havent touched the bike, I asked the guy (Yusuf think?) whether they ever started working on the bike (it was clear they didn't but I needed confirmation). The very arrogant sales guy tells me, while pointing his hand to all the bike on the floor, that 'we didnt have time to work on your bike as we were selling so many bikes and they take preference!'. I was taken aback by his attitude and told him that firstly, I want my bike back as this is not the kind of service I need, but secondly, i was going to replace the bike (i told him before) and was hoping to buy a bike from them, but clearly Im not going to do it any longer. Even after telling him that their bike sales may be important but you dont need to tell a customer that. He seemed indifferent to it and repeated that those sales are more important than my bike. Well this arrogant guy will probably soon find out that that kind of attitude is going to cost his business. He may very well survive as a business but I certainly wouldnt recommend anyone from buying an bike at this place with its arrogant workers. They are pathetic and made no attempt to resolve the issue. It seems they think I need them more than they need me - on the contrary, there are hundreds of other cycle shops that i can go to. I certainly dont need them. Im sure the fact that I had a 'cheap' bike was probably part of the reason for that arrogance- though i was willign to make a substantial upgrade on their recommendation. However, they are too blind to realise the missed opportunity. They need '0' for service (well, cant really call it service). Pathetic, arrogant and bad attitude. And they will probably not care to respond to this complaint because of their arrogance.
