cajees cycle corner new bicycle manufacturing defect made my problem

im very upset with cajees cycles in krugersorp, any experienced bicycle mechanic will know that regardless of it a problem is caused by an overtightened spoke,a poke will snap but a spoke nut hole does not bend,especially on a new bike,that would be down to manufacturing defect,i took my barely month old bicycle to cajees to show them the bent spoke hole,its so bad that it looks like the spoke nut will pop out at any mo,ent,i tried to bend it back with a pliers for the time being until i can get to cajees and show them as i use the bike for commuting,i was very dissappointed when they told me they cannot give me a new rim and that the mechanic tried consistently to convinvice me that the spoke hole can bend like that very easily which is *******,ive got enough experience with bicycles to know my facts,telling me they can put a washer in for me and that i will have to buy a new rim,then that they cannot put the washer in either,the bicycle is a month old,a spoke hole does not bend like that and can only be manufacturing fault,i refuse to accept this as a reasonable solution
