Bad qaulity of service

Purchased a bike and as usual they service it before you pick it up ,when I went to pick it up I found the bike was scratched .and in the defense of cajees they found a new bike quite similar to the one I purchased ..got to my holiday destination where I wanted to ride the bike to find the gears weren't calibrated ,brake cables weren't fastened and the left pedal was a bit wonky ..after finding someone who knows bikes who assisted me with the breaks and as much as possible with the gears I called cajees to tell them about the happenings and again well done to them for stating I can come in they will have a look at it .but now a few rides later the left Pedel is loose..although cajees took the responsibility to find a new bike and all I'm quite disappointed in the workmanship they have with putting bikes together and servicing them.but all will be told once I'm done with my holiday and am to take the bike in for them to actually do what they were meant to do before j picked the bike up before I left ....
