Pathetic Customer Service at Cajees Clearwater

Horiffic experience. DO NOT take your jewellry to Cajees Clearwater to have anything done to it! They DO NOT do what you ask! I gave them a ring to have resized and not only did they break the band and totally changed the shape of the ring but when I arrived to collect it they damaged the gemstone as well.. A R7500 that is now worthless and looks like it's been butchered at a back door repair jeweler and all they have to say is sorry. Pathetic Service and customer care. I regret ever taking my ring to these people.

R7500 down the drain because they couldn't do a simple resize and ended up damaging a ring with so much sentimental value.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND CAJEES CLEARWATER TO ANYONE!!
