Bad bad service at Cajees Clea****er mall

Horiffic experience. DO NOT take your jewellry to Cajees Clearwater to have anything done to it! You might not get it back and they DO NOT do what you ask! We gave them a chain to have a link fixed and also to replace the clip. At the same time we gave in a ring to have it made bigger, but specifically asked them NOT to polish the ring as it was originally made to look authentic. The lady made a note of everything. One week later I could fetch the jewelry. The first think I noticed was that it wasn't the chain I handed in. I said to her that this is not the correct chain. She said no but look here, it is your name on the paper. After looking at photos to make sure of my facts I went back and we found my chain in simeone else' bag. Absolutely unacceptable!! Then we noticed they only fixed the link and did not put a new clip but I paid for everything. To my absolute dismay the ring was all polished! I totally lost it with these people. If you do decide to take your jewellry there, please take a photo as proof and beware of a rip-off in the price you are going to pay. My final recommendation is not to use them at all to prevent absolute disappointment. They think "sorry" will fix everything. I phoned to speak to the owner, bu alas, only got back to the lady who took in my jewellry. No joy whatsoever!
