Disguised Hair Dye

My mother bought Caivil Hair Dye however, it did not take on her hair. This is very bad service from Caivil. My mother's hair turned out to be Purple when she purchased the 1st time Ebony Black. This so her 1st time buying this brand and it is indeed such a disgusting experience. I WILL NEVER BUY IT AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE CAIVIL TO GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I AM NOT LEAVING THIS JUST HERE. I WILL TAKE THEM FURTHER.
