Buyer Beware - POOR Quality Product and Poor Customer Service

Purchased 'The Bok Moissanite Premium Jewellery Set - Rose Gold'. Plating came off the ring within a month. Brought this to the attention of the seller. Was told that contact with water will result in the plating coming off so they would not offer any warranty, replacement or a solution. No where on their website or Instagram account do they warn of this. This could be a problem for anyone alive that sweats - wouldn't be able to wear the jewellery at all. Poor quality plating and even worse customer service. Left a review on their website which they wouldn't post. They advertise over 460 happy customers, however only have 28 reviews on their website. I left messages on their IG account warning unsuspecting buyers of the poor quality product and poor customer service - all messages were removed and my account was blocked so I could no longer post honest opinions about the product. Seller has also changed their Instagram account name 4 times previously. Also no option to review on Google. Seller is well aware of how to protect their reputation by not allowing reviews that they don't like. Buyer beware.
