bad service, terrible food!

Went to restaurant last night. Food was a horrible, cold, congealed fat! I asked for no rocket leaves in my salad just to find they added some frilly leave lettuce which I also didn't ask for, my husband had veal that was boil until it could bounce, grey meat with a gravy that was lumpy, mash was lumpy. My salad they gave me raw pine nuts, etc Had several waiters all useless, main water messed drinks, never cleaned table. They couldn't give us bill cause the printer was broken. The debit card machine was giving problems. They made us feel terrible other customers were staring at us as if we didn't have money to pay our bill, in the mean time the restaurant was at fault. We were embarrassed and for our embarrassment we had to pay bill. We didn't even eat the food, never did the waiters in white jackets or the waiter in black jacket ask us why! 6 months ago we had the same problem I complained and was sent a voucher (which I never used). We decided to give them another try. Well we will never be back! Waste of money, and only memory we take with us is that they stuffed up a romantic dinner for two!
