Appalling service Chapman Dyre Incorporated

Service at this company is atrocious. This company is a co executor on my late parents estate and held me randsom for my inheritance. The manner in which they handled the estate was appalling. Besides all the irregularities. I am faced with a further challenge. They cannot transfer a property for the past 2 years. I was initially told that they needed to obtain rates clearance from the local council. I was given an amount and paid it into their trust account. They did not lodge the documents at the deeds office. One year had elapsed. After contacting them relentlessly, the only feedback I got was that they app**** for rates clearance for the second time. On this occasion they had the municipal billing account archived and i had endless problems with the account. I never used to get the monthly bill for utilities and had to call the municipality every month to find out how much I owe in order to pay. Eventually i went down to the council's offices and found out what they had done. When I confronted the paralegal the rates clearance amount was then miraculously supp**** again. I paid the rates clearance for the second time. No transfer documents were lodged. I have emailed them almost everyday. The paralegal that represents Chapman Dyre **** to me via email of which I have the proof. Three months later, I was told that the transfer duty receipt from SARS was not sent to deeds office due to the *********** nature of the paralegal. I called the director of the company and explained the situation needless to say it fell on deaf ears. To date I am being messed around, once again the rates clearance has expired for a third time and no transfer has been done. What a bunch of *********** people with a very ****** attitude.
