Horrible Job Horrible Attitude

We have a Gate loop installed at our premises, its taken 4 months to get it working. As Justin makes arrangements to come out and then does not arrive. He has no customer care skills and often is abrupt on the phone or he simply puts the phone down in the clients ear. The installation is messy and the wires all cross and go over each other.This is the most shocking service I have received.
