Shame of Service (The Vintage)

<p>It was on the 19 May 2017, when we booked ourselves a 2 night stay at the above mansioned Apartment( C.A.G The Vintage Rosebank) while we where the our night had to be cut short but not by the apartment people but the people we where with, so we diceded to leave and come back on the second day. so we left behind some alcahol ans snacks( A Champagne LUC Belaire Rare "Luxe" BRUT, Pravda VODKA, Captain Morgan, mixers (Juice) and Snacks. when we return the following day to our surprise we where checked out and we inquired but the said they made a mistake by checking us out but finally we got our room back but what we left behind was not the. we called their office and they told us they know nothing but they will fix the matter in the morning. in the morning we spoke with the lady named Nomsa Madona (Operations Supervisor) told her our story but she told us we must wait for the cleaning company manager. while we waiting the manager came Called Faith, she couldnt help us and the quetioned the lady who was responsible for cleaning our room she denied seeing our items and they told us they will follow the matter. while we where waiting for their respond i tried contacting them back but they naver responded to my texts or emals even today. </p>
