Worst at client communication and delivering on time

I paid for items 3 days ago, followed up yesterday and was told items were on delivery. This company does not update you on the status of you order - you have to phone them continuously.

This morning I received a delivery notification with no items arriving at my door.

When I called again now to follow up I have to wait longer until they can 'look into it'. At this point I doubt Ill ever get a call back cos they are only seem to be interested in sales and not customer service.

We supported this company religiously during our lockdown but now that restrictions are eased they are less concerned about who was there in their time of need.
