Worse service!

On the 1st of Desember I have placed my order and paid it in full. Haven’t received any update on my order after sending more than one email. I phoned Caffeluxe to follow up on my order a week later. The lady who talked to me where very rude telling me: “what do I want, orders to be processed or she replaying their emails.”

On the 11th Desember my order was processed and given over to the delivery company. It is now the 19th Desember and my order is still not out for delivery!

According to their website it takes 2-3 days for the order to be processed and can take up to 10 days to deliver! 20 days later, I still don't get answers from them and still don’t have my order (which was meant for a birthday gift for the 18th of December).

Worst service I have ever receiversd! Will not order from them again!
