It’s easier and more pressing to complain than to say thank you. I have consumed thousands of great pods from caffeluxe. And two absolute horrid one. And so I reached out to say, wow those were bad. Given that it was part of a special I had no hidden agenda or refunds or replacements. But within a week, replacement pods arrived at my office. 8/5 for customer service.
