Superb service

<p>My Caffeluxe Verona coffee machine is 2 years old, and therefore a year out of warranty.</p> <p>It stopped working recently. I guessed that the pump had broken, and the Caffeluxe team confirmed this; they managed to replace the pump (apparently not easily done) and my machine was returned in perfect working order - and they didn't charge me a cent for this.</p> <p>I was already a loyal customer, this just confirms why...</p>
