Poor follow up!

<p>After an initial purchase late last year, with which I was very impressed to now where I am appauled.</p> <p> </p> <p>An order placed last year and now on hold, which I am now trying to change, but to several emails I am still awaiting a reply. I did get a reply to the first, but it did not answer my question.</p> <p> </p> <p>Several follow up messsages came up with no response.</p>
