NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a Sienna caffeluxe machine, so obviously i tend to buy their coffee capsules, but let me tell you all they are ****!!!!! It started with the odd capsule not being sealed properly and not perforating, now it's basically every second box i have an issue. Now the customer service is really attrocious, it takes ages ( at least a month) for someone to get back to you. I am now waiting for over a week for replacement capsules and seriously just think i should rather buy other capsules because their make is seriously leaving me ready to just throw it all in the bin
