Lost Machines. BAD SERVICE

Worst ever service . Lying and can't get a straight answer. Send 2 machines to be serviced a month ago. Got replacement part but still have not received machines. Being told they must look for machine in somebody's office. Told a week ago the friends duo machine will be replaced, was told today only end of June. Can't get past the receptionist. No manager or owner will man up to their terrible service.
