Lies, lack of communication and incorrect order caffeluxe

Ordered 6 boxes 03 May 2023 , 3 of the 6 boxes incorrect which they delivered on the 4th , emailed them no reply at all , called them Friday morning and Bernice told me she will have it delivered the Friday, come Friday evening still nothing, called again , Bernice informs me they waiting on a container, is it not common courtesy to inform people in regards to any delays , Bernice tells me she doesn't have time to call everyone, but my order will be delivered on Monday 08th May 2023 , called now again apparently the driver didn't come in ,once again no communication, a family member ordered Friday and there order was delivered today Absolute pathetic service once they receive your money
