Lack of customer care is appalling

So they had a Black Friday special and of prices were crazy. Ordered a 1000 capsules. 2 weeks went by and still no parcel. Phoned them and they told me that it should only take a week. A a week later phoned them again as I was going on holiday and wanted my package. The lady said she would make a plan. Courier was to deliver the next day. Went to pick up my package and it was only half the order. Tried phoning them but their lines went dead whenever you tried any of the extentions. Went on holiday and I got a call that my other half of the package arrived and I had to make a plan for someone to pick it up. When I finally got to my packages I found that they didnt send me the order that I asked for. They sent two batches of what I ordered but the other three was just random flavours that I did not order. (Probably getting rid of their stock) Tried phoning them but again no answer. Emailed them about this problem and yet to receive an answer back. This is now a month later. Plain lack of service and ********** sales. You dont get what you pay for. And then they hide and ignore you when there is a complaint.
