ITS A ****! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Appauling service. They are advertising that they have next day delivery during lock down. i ordered some groceries from them last week Friday, its Thursday today and the only thing thats happened on their side is giving the delivery company an incorrect address and then they dont respond to any of the emails i sent nor have they responded to my DM on Instagram. I am so disappointed at this service because i understand the struggles that small businesses are facing during lockdown but this has been the worst experience ever. I dont even know how to get a refund at this point because no one responds or answers the phones.
