Good coffee, excellent service

<p>My elderly Caffeuxe Verona coffee machine needed repairs. I took it in, expecting to be told that it would be cheaper to replace it, but 5 days later, I received a phone call telling me the machine was fixed. The cherry on the top was the fact that I was not charged at all. I don't believe any other company anywhere offers this kind of service. This alone would keep me loyal, but I must add, the coffee (and prices) are also great.</p>
