*****/less than poor service

I ordered my machine which was not cheap on the 16th of June and A MONTH LATER NO DELIVERY WHO TAKES FOUR WEEKS TO DELIVER A MACHINE??? I have emailed six times and no reply either. Customer line said it would be delivered a week ago and NO SUPRIZE NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. I WANT A REPLY FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR THIS IS SERVICE THAT NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOT DELIVERED THIS IS *****!
