Dishonoring of "Special"

On 2020-01-22 I responded to a "special" to buy a Caffeluxe Due machine for R1199 inclusive of 100 free capsules if I order before the end of the day, which I did. The only problem is... I never received the 100 free capsules!!! That despite inquiring as to when I can expect same firstly through their online portal and secondly via email. No reaction as yet!!
