Caffeluxe have still not delivered my coffee

I bought a groupon voucher for caffeluxe coffee in April 2014. The groupon code did not work on the website so i inquired.The code was never made active to order the coffee. Werner Olivier(key accounts manager/Sales manager) said i must order it from him over email. I did this on the 24 April. After variance promises since, I still have not received my coffee. BAD BAD BAD service and image. <br>
