What an experience. I place an order on 11 November. I followed up on 14 November to establish where my delivery was. Monique answered the telephone within 2 rings. Within a few minutes she sent me a POD which showed our receptionist signed for my delivery before my 9AM call. The order was correct. The delivery speed and customer service was good. I'd buy from them again. I suggest that you buy a pack of 10 capsules from PnP or Checkers and try them first before ordering bulk. I did, and I was satisfied with the quality of the coffee before ordering the bulk capsules at an incredible price.
