Breach of contract and possible *****

I made payment in 29th September 2019 for an exchange duo machine. I was promised that it should arrive between 12th - 15 October 2019. When i sent an email on the 16th Tammy advised that there was delay in the shipment and it will arrive on 19th October.. On 25th October I received an email i was given the option that my machine can be either collected or delivered free of charge. I opted for delivery as i don't hve a car currently.. To date i still have not received my machine. Tammy keeps on saying thst the driver will deliver when they in the area.. Yesterday 28th i dent another email to find out my duo machinevand was advised by her again driver will deliver when he goes to each area. This is now more than a month where they took my money but us not delivering my machine. Is some kind of ***** going on here.
