bad service

<p>i've mailed caffeluxe on the 14th dec'2016 regarding a leaking machine. i was phone by a gentlemen and told that they will try to sord out the problem before dec te 25th. i was requisted to pay the transport fro ncollection and delivery. however it is now the 21st of december and i am still waithing for collection of my machine</p> <p>quotation no qu101991</p>
