Bad service delivery. False advertising.

Absolutley appalled at this customer service recieved from them. They advertised a Santa special, that stated "if you order this special by the 20th Dec 2019 you will recieve it before christmas" my partner and I ordered the special on the 17th Dec 2019 intended to be a Christmas gift for my mother in law. She is a coffee ***** and e were so excited to give her such an amazing gift. Needles to say the machine was NOT delivered before Christmas. False promises. And they did not live up to their guarantee of delivery. We looked so stupid going to a big family gathering with no present for my mother in law. I would not recommend them as they are not interested in customer service. They should have made sure to confirm with the delivery company before shutting down for the year to make sure all.orders would be delivered. It is the 27th and I still have not yet recieved the machine. I don't even think they are worthy of their 1 star and my time to write this complaint.
