Broken SATA Card

I bought a SATA add on card from cafe Viva, sunday at about 11am. Got home, and only installed the card at about 6PM. Then I put the card in, and then started up the PC, its started up and only showed one hard drive, was weird that the other one wasn't showing. then the machine froze.<br> So I put off the machine and took out the card. and looked at the card, the one sata port was broken and I looked for broken other pieces of plastic and I couldn't find any other broken parts, the funny thing is that I already have the same car installed in my pc and it works just fine. I returned it monday, and no refund. so before you buy anything from them, double check it first. The guy even told me maybe I didn't put it in properly. I have been in the IT trade for almost 20 years so I laughed in his face. I left with no refund. I will never buy anything from them again. I only used to buy from them, I will be looking elsewhere now.!!! I was even told to look inside my sata cable. I did not see any other broken pieces of plastic. I used the identical card that was under it as a reference to connect the other cables. I will look at home again in the PC box, but I looked already and nothing!!!!
