Cafenes, Horizon Village a restaurant with potential, but a total disaster!!!!

Cafenes, Horizon. we visited today to treat ourselves to a lovely celebration, and spoil time, only to be badly disappointed by poor service, a very long wait (45 minutes!) disgusting food, our waiter Dabelo was useless and broke a whole lot of crockery behind the bar counter while we were there to have lunch today. This created a restless badly managed situation and tense atmosphere. I ordered a chicken stir fry, and received an over spicy burny basting sauced up veg stir fry(only beans and mushrooms) without a piece of chicken in it. I ordered this to be served on a bed of noodles, it arrived on rice. My husband's Farmhouse breakfast was ordered with eggs sunnyside up, they arrived over fried, his steak which was ordered medium/rare, arrived over cooked. When I raised the matter re my stirfry with our waiter, Damelo, he argued the point all the way flashing the menu at me. I left the matter there, was not prepared to enter into an argument with him, after all there was no apology given to customers eating there while the crockery breakage took place, it was simply chaotic, and he laughed about it, so why should he apologise about our orders being incorrect. We will NEVER eat at Cafenes, Horizon Village ever again!
