PATHETIC AND RUDE SERVICE!!!

The most pathetic service ever!!! The worst place i have ever ate in and advise no one to go.The food was absolutely terrible.We got our meals after waiting for an hour which was cold.The waiter never understood what we said.How do you employ some one who does not understand english and who does not know the menu??? What are you gonna say to your customers??? The response we got was "I dont know" "is my mistake" "is Finished" And Secondly the manager was so rude and ask us to keep quiet.Do something !!! and firstly employ people who understands...
