Cafe Vacca Matta PATHETIC SERVICE !!!

Cafe Vacca Matta in Florida Road is by far the worst place you can visit. Firstly the waiters do not understand a word of English. Our waiter took atleast 20 min to take our order, he didn't even know what drinks were available he took atleast 15-20 min each for him to take our drinks order and then comes back each time only to tell us its not available. The said waiter didn't even know what type of meat comes in their signature burger, so he gets us the wrong order. after an hour of waiting the food eventually gets to us cold. After sending an order back to the kitchen due to it being wrong which his reply was "my mistake" he gets us another so called burger made with a cut up roll not even a bun and he just tells us they ran out which would have been nice to know before it being made. ****ed of at their incompetence we asked to speak to a manager, after another 30 min of waiting a kitchen staff member comes to us and asks whats the problem, because there is no manager available. a few a min later conveniently a "manager' comes to us to sort our query out. after being told no one was available to speak to us this guy walks with a TORN shirt claiming to be the manager. Just to clarify he was absolutely RUDE and asked us to keep quiet and didn't even try to rectify the situation. Being so appalled by their behavior we just asked for the bill wanting to get out of that PATHETIC place . Even that seemed like such a difficult task for our so called waiter because it took him another 30 min. They even had the audacity to include a tip in the bill. I advise anyone who is thinking about going there TO NOT. You will be utterly disappointed!!!!!
