Very poor service

we decided to have breakfast at Cafe Rousse on Sunday 25 October 2020. We were seated and waited about 15min for a waiter to help us and no one ever came to help. All other customers that came in after is was all helped almost immediately. We decided to walk out and i went to the waiters who were all standing around and having a nice chat and told them no one has helped and thats why we leaving. They didnt even appologies when i went to talk to them. This is very poor service, you will lose customers if you continue with this, we use to order online from you but after this experience i doubt we will ever order online or go to the restuarant. We eventually went to panaroti's and we were immediately helped.
