Useless Staff, Tasteless Food

Before watching a movie at the IMax in Baywest Mall we, unfortunatley, elected to have lunch at Cafe Rousse, we firstly saw our selves to a table as there was no waiters to be seen, I eventually got up to go look for one as we needed menus, the gentleman who came to take our drinks order only took 3 of 4 peoples orders before running away, I ordered a seafood platter and specifically asked the waiter that I do not want rice on the plate, I asked twice to make sure he acknowledged, we waited 50 min for the food to come, guess what? WITH RICE! all our food was ice cold and tasteless. I will never come back to your uselessly run establishment, and make sure that I warn others of the imminent terrible meal they will experience at your restaurant.
