Terrible service

At Cafe Rousse Tyger valley shopping Centre Western Cape. I stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be seated with one from the restaurant on site, when I finally get seated waitress slips me a menu and doesn’t ask if I would something to drink or anything disappears for another 25minutes come back takes my order Nd I wait another 45minutes for my food, food gets here there no sauces or salt and pepper on site. And no one brings it to me. Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone who hungry or in a hurry to go eat there. Because you will wait!!!! 27/10/2020
