Food quality bad and customer service is terrible

Very disappointed in the quality of food we received management in the place should be sent for training they have no idea what customer service is .

We always eat here and the food is usually good but on Saturday we had family from out of town here and was so embarrass. Thinking we taking them for a good meal quickly became a disaster. Of the 12 meals that was ordered maybe one was right . The grilled fish was so dry The steaks were terribly over done one was even sent back twice . The fried fish batter was dark and oily usually because of dirty and burnt oil that causes this . A number of the orders was wrong and a number was sent back . The ****tails where nice the first time then the second time they where different in taste and look like they just poured a glass of juice no decorations nothing . The manager has no idea about customers service when we spoke to him he did not even flinch as if to say these people are complaining about **** he did not even come back and apologize.

I will never eat at this place again
