Bad service from Rodney

We had appalling service from Rodney and when he did not receive a tip that he thought he deserved he mumbled and growled in front of us. We were not greeted upon arrive nor asked if we needed anything during our meal or asked if we wanted to order more drinks.The waiter never uttered a word to us. YOU GET A TIP WHEN YOU GIVE GOOD SERVICE NOT BAD SERVICE, You might think that service is service good or bad the difference is only good service gets awarded.
