Had generally ordered Croissants. I received a burnt one. Took photographs and sent it to them via email. Their response, Sorry. No replacement, no offering of any kind. Last time I ever bought from them and will never purchase a thing from them again. Lady that takes the orders is incapable of getting it correc the 1st time, its a continous fight and frustration.
