Expired food

hellopeter in claremont main road there is a store known as Medina cafe next to Toyota I visited the shop several times and I norice that they are selling a lot of expired stuff like chocolate and e.t.c and I confronted the guy on the counter and he rold me is not the boss chocolate expired from april 2017 and others have no expiring dates they have been removed and they are aware of that I spoke with them several time but they just ignore me and I'm just worried about the customer who their food unaware of the date can you do something about it.
