Served a drink full of crushed glass

Would give negative points if I could. I was served a coffee freezo which contained little pieces of broken glass. Management was nonchalant, unapologetic, expected me to pay for the putrid product and service. When I refused, the manager laughed in my face, the rude hostess then said to me that they had "checked the cameras". After querying what she imp****, an argument ensued with the ill-mannered, uneducated woman who used expletives and threatened to harm me outside.

What a despicably managed establishment.
