Pathetic service

Beautiful setting and a chilled environment, but the service of the employees is pathetic. They messed up my reservation and gave the booking to another customer. The staff show no interest and the manager has no s****s for his position! He has no way of speaking to customers. It's sad to see a beautiful restaurant being run down by very poor service.
