Dirty dishes and bad attitude.

After drinking my coffee I saw a piece of dried spaghetti stuck to the bottom of the cup. Obviously disgusted I called for the manager. He handled the issue with such a bad attitude, blaming the pasta on his coffee supplier. He did not own up to the bad service and unhygienic situation, neither did he apologise. When asked for a refund he told the waiter 'just give her your tip money.' I am very disappointed with his service towards his customers.
