Disappointing Service

I write this post so DISAPPOINTED in one of my favourite raustarants. I booked on Monday last week 6 May 2019 for my 29th birthday celebration ( The booking was for last week Saturday 11 May 2019) they took all my details than I came with my 10 friends found the table set and ready for us than after a few minutes because we were making noise they asked to take us outside we didn't mind than they set up a table mind you the place was dirty and had broken glass all over my friend nearly got hurt as if that was not enough we showed our waiter Zizipho a young girl what we all wanted ( Facebook had a post of a rack of 400g ribs for R99) She took out orders we waited so long she paid no attention to me and my guests if we needed something I had to go inside the shop look for her than she will bring what ever we want on top of that horrible service we got she brought the bill with more than we had calculate to pay I went to her again told her that it looks like she charged us extra money that's only when she decided to tell us that the deal we wanted is only a Mother's Day special what type of BULL**** is that? We called the manager on duty MDU the only thing he said was we need to pay the outstanding money I'm highly disappointed in the service I got at Pavilion Branch I will never recommend anyone to come eat there they ruined my birthday celebration I called in today spoke to a manager called Dingani he said he will get back to me but I'm waiting till now Wow in my whole life I will never ever come eat in this place and I will make sure my friends and family don't come ever again
