Treated like **** because host said she's cold

Amazing place with great view. Pathetic service. Paid and booked in advance , all that was needed was a welcome with a smile to make us feel welcomed. However host such a Thembi who was welcoming guest on the 9 August, decided to treat us like dogs as we entered and decided to assist everyone behind us before assisting the group that we were with , who had booked. When asked why she was so hostile I was told she I was getting cold and not in the mood . Well thanks for letting us know how valued your consumers are! No apology was even murmured.
