Bad service/management

We sat down at Cafe Galini for coffees at about 5:15pm. I understand it was late in the afternoon, but they seated us and we had one round of coffees and cold drinks. The waiter said to my children, who were sitting on a separate table, to 'hurry up' because he wanted to leave! When i went to pay the bill at the counter, the waiter had overcharged us and did not apologize for his mistake. When he was putting through my credit card, he said to me that the tip was less than 10%, did I know that??? Well if the service and attitude was even worth 10% I would not have minded paying it. What a frikken cheek. I will not go there EVER AGAIN !
