Bad Service & Attitude

Hello there,<br> <br> I went to the Cafe Fino to purchase ****ins and I left the ****ins there due to the ****ins being stale and also the attitude of the owner informing me that he was running at a loss anyway and the strike at the university was effecting his business. Basically making his problem, my problem.<br> I feel that customer service should be 100% whenever you have a business and you are providing a service to anyone.<br>
