TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don’t remember Extrablatt AT ALL!!

Last night we went there for a friends birthday, a table of 14. We all oder our Big pizza to share around the table. The pizza we got was missing 2 of our 4 toppings we order on our pizza and when we told the waiter, Daniel about the toppings he checked to see if he wrote down the toppings properly. He did. Then he checks with the kitchen and realizes the kitchen made a mistake. The Manger then said Daniel will have to pay for the new pizza. We then refused to let that happen because it was not the waiter fault. So then we did not get our new pizza and didn’t finish our original pizza. After that the light above out table starts pouring with water from the bar, into our drinks, the other pizzas we order & some of the customers that were with us. Not one manger comes to apologize for what has happened. Our table has to move ourself and no one offers to help us move or ask what they can do to help. We are just left with a glass on our table dripping from with bar water (that smells terrible). Terrible customer service!!! I have photos of the disgusting stiff that dripped all over our food and drinks and us.
